Choose between rolled sleeves or short sleeves and create a garment you’ll reach for again and again 👗✨ In this hands-on class, participants will have the opportunity to learn the basics of garment sewing, including: Reading and tracing a sewing pattern Fabric cutting using rotary cutters and scissors ✂️ Sewing seam allowances and garment construction techniques Creating gathers, pleats, and yoke construction Using straight stitches on a sewing machine and finishing seams on a serger Learning sewing machine and ironing safety Building confidence sewing wearable garments Using beautiful linen fabric, students will create a breathable, comfortable garment with a timeless look and feel—perfect for layering through the seasons 🌿 📅DATE: Tuesdays, July 21 and July 28 🕓TIME: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm The Dress Shirt course kit includes the pattern and all materials, tools, and notions required to complete this project—just bring your creativity and excitement to sew! ✨
