Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within:

• 7 days for in-store purchases

• 14 days from delivery for online orders

Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging with all contents included

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit.
A restocking fee may apply.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or pickup for a full refund

• Once shipped or ready for pickup, orders fall under our return policy

• Special order and custom items cannot be cancelled once placed

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• All sewing machines (new or used)

• Industrial machines

• Irons, steamers, and dress forms

• Thread, fabric, and cut materials

• Scissors, parts, and accessories

• Gift cards

• Special orders and custom items

• Class registrations and workshops

Repairs & Service

All service and repair work is final sale and covered by a 90-day service warranty.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments within 10 days of purchase will be issued as store credit.
Excludes promotional events.

 

Online Orders

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
