• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Flat rate shipping of $19.99 + HST applies to orders $120 (before tax) and under.

• Free shipping is available on over $120 (before tax), excluding oversized items.

• Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier conditions.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Service Disruptions (Canada Post)

• In the event of a Canada Post service disruption or strike, shipping times may be significantly delayed.

• We may temporarily use alternative carriers or contact you to arrange local pickup where possible.

Large Items (Sewing Machines & Equipment)

• Oversized or high-value items may not qualify for flat rate or free shipping.

• We may contact you after purchase to confirm shipping arrangements or offer local pickup.

Local Pickup

• Free local pickup is available at our Bracebridge location.

• You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment only.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

• Exchanges may be permitted in accordance with our Return Policy.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Claims are subject to carrier investigation and resolution.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

• We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Free and flat rate shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

• We currently ship within Canada only and do not offer shipping to the United States or internationally.
