What you can expect:

🌊 Seaborne: Storm at Sea Quilt Ride the waves of colour with the stunning Seaborne: Storm at Sea Quilt! Radiating rings of teals, blues, and purples create incredible movement and depth, resulting in a mesmerizing quilt that looks beautifully complex. In this hands-on class, you’ll expand your quilting skills while learning two different construction methods. The full-colour pattern includes instructions for both Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP) and traditional templates, and we’ll explore both techniques in class so you can discover which method works best for you. 🧵✨ You’ll learn how to: * Accurately cut and prepare your fabric * Work with templates for precision piecing * Learn the fundamentals of Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP) * Create accurate points and intersections * Piece the classic Storm at Sea design * Work with colour placement to create movement and depth * Press and assemble your blocks for accurate results * Assemble and finish your quilt top 📅DATES: Mondays, October 19 and November 16 🕓TIME: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Your Seaborne: Storm at Sea Quilt Kit includes the pattern and all seven beautiful Mirage fabrics by Northcott required to complete your quilt top. Use of our in-studio sewing machines, tools, thread, and notions is also included. 📏 Finished Quilt Size: 50" × 50" Please Note: Batting and backing fabric are not included in the class fee. An optional backing fabric add-on is available out checkout.
