Hello Serger! ✂️🧵 Are you new to serging or curious about learning how to use a serger machine? This beginner-friendly class is the perfect place to start! In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to: - Thread a serger machine - Understand the threading order of the loopers and needles - Work with different needle types and cone thread - Properly clean and maintain your serger machine - Use a variety of serging techniques including starting and ending seams, securing ends, and turning corners ✂️ - Troubleshoot common tension and threading issues - Create a cozy Campfire Poncho using a rolled hem and classic overlock stitch 🔥 The Hello Serger Machine Kit (included in your class fee) comes with a pattern plus all the materials, in-studio machine, tools, and notions needed to complete the Campfire Poncho project. 📅DATE: Thursday, July 30 🕓TIME: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm We look forward to welcoming you into the studio for a creative and fun introduction to serging! ✨
