Monthly Block Quilt Policy

Please review this policy carefully before registering for any Monthly Block Quilt Course.

Booking & Payment
An up-front, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining course fee is paid monthly, with each payment due on or before the date of each scheduled class session. Payments must be current to attend. Missed sessions remain payable and are non-refundable. By registering, you are committing to the full course duration.

Cancellations, Withdrawals & Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Monthly payments are non-refundable once the class date has passed. Missed sessions cannot be made up, credited, or transferred. Withdrawal after the course has begun results in forfeiture of the deposit and any payments made. If we must cancel a session due to instructor illness, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, the session will be rescheduled. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Attendance, Transfers & Conduct
These are progressive courses and regular attendance is strongly encouraged. Late arrivals do not extend class time. Monthly payments not received by the class date may result in forfeiture of that session without refund or credit and may lead to removal from the course. Once a course has begun, registration is non-transferable. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

Minimum Enrollment & Changes
Courses require minimum enrollment. If not met prior to the start date, all payments will be refunded. We reserve the right to adjust dates, instructors, or content as needed.

Materials & Equipment
Machines and tools are provided for in-class use. Materials or kits prepared per participant are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants may bring their own equipment; no discounts apply.
