As part of our structured Sew Magical Winter Camp schedule, each day features a special hands-on sewing project designed to build new skills and creativity. Daily Project: ☃️ Snowman Book Pillow It’s snow much fun on Frosty Day! Campers will create a cheerful snowman book pillow complete with a back pocket — the perfect cozy spot to tuck in a favorite winter story. Along the way, they’ll learn techniques like layering fabrics, sewing an accurate seam and inserting a zipper using a sewing machine, attaching embellishments including buttons and ribbons, and adding snowy details through stitching. This project blends creativity and comfort — and by the end of the day, each camper will have a cuddly snowman pillow that’s perfect for story time! ❄️ What to Bring: Please pack a nut-free lunch, two snacks, and a filled water bottle each day. Campers should also come prepared with warm outdoor clothing for our daily nature break. All participants must also complete a minor waiver form before attending camp.
