Sewing Camps Policy

Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please confirm your availability before registering, as missed days are non-refundable. Bookings may be made online, in-store, or by phone. For multi-day camps, full payment is required for the entire camp.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at 7 days or more before the camp start time are eligible for store credit in a form of an electronic gift card. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable and not eligible for credit unless we can fill your spot from the waitlist, in which case a store credit may be issued as a courtesy. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed days within a multi-day camp cannot be made up or partially refunded. In the event that we must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer.

3. Age Requirements & Supervision

Camps are designed for specific age groups and are clearly indicated at registration. Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for their chosen camp. Campers under 12 years of age must be signed in and out daily by a parent or guardian. A signed parental consent and liability waiver is required for all minor participants prior to attending camp. Our instructors and helpers are experienced educators who prioritize safety, inclusivity, and creativity. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

Drop-off begins at 8:30 a.m. Campers should arrive no later than 9:00 a.m. so we can start the day’s activities on time.  Please allow a few extra minutes on the first day for sign-in and introductions.

For multi-day camps, consistent attendance each day ensures project completion. We are unable to prorate or refund missed days. Pick-up must be no later than 5:00 p.m. to allow staff to close and reset the studio. Late pick-ups may be subject to an additional fee to cover extended staff

5. Minimum Enrollment

Classes may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met. In such cases, participants will be notified at least 7 days in advance and offered a full refund or store credit.

6. Materials & Equipment
Machines, tools, and equipment are provided for use in all camps. Some camps include project kits; others may require additional purchase. Participants may bring their own machines or tools, clearly labelled. No discounts are provided for bringing your own equipment.

By registering for a sewing camp, you agree to the terms of this.   If you have any questions, please contact us — we're happy to help!
