This beginner-friendly, hands-on class will introduce you to the fundamentals of using a serger while you create your very own **fleece Campfire Poncho**. In this class, you’ll learn how to: * Thread a serger and understand the correct threading order for loopers and needles * Work with different needle types and cone thread * Start and finish seams, secure ends, and turn corners * Adjust and troubleshoot common tension and threading issues * Properly clean and maintain your serger * Build confidence using essential serging techniques No previous serger experience is required! You’ll put your new skills into practice as you sew a cozy Campfire Poncho to take home. 📅DATE: Thursday, September 24 🕓TIME: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Your Hello Serger Kit is included in the class fee and comes with the pattern and all materials needed to complete your Campfire Poncho. Use of an in-studio serger, tools, thread, and notions is also included—just bring your creativity and excitement to serge!
